Lövkullen sits high and leafy in Änggårdsbergen, one of Gothenburg’s greenest and most loved nature areas. From here you have direct access to the Botanical Garden and on into Slottsskogen, while still being only minutes from Avenyn, Sahlgrenska and the rest of the city. A rare option to rent a private house in Gothenburg - close to Sahlgrenska University Hospital, the Botanical Garden and the city centre.
The house is a detached home with its own plot. You do not share an entrance or stairwell with anyone. Perfect for those who want the best of both worlds: the stillness of nature in the evening and everything Gothenburg has to offer during the day.
Please note that there are steep stairs up to the house. Parking is available about 50 metres from the stairs.

Please note: Lövkullen has no steep indoor stairs, but the entrance is reached by steep outdoor stairs. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
In the middle of everything, still in nature
From Lövkullen you can easily reach Gothenburg without a car. The Södermalmsgatan bus stop is 2–3 minutes away and takes you directly to Avenyn in 9 minutes. Sahlgrenska is 7–10 minutes away and tram 10 from Guldheden reaches Valand in 10 minutes.
